I have done quite a few first aid courses over the years for work – across charity, childcare and education – and I enjoyed and benefited from this one far more than most. The trainers created a brilliant atmosphere for learning with plenty of room for reflection, questions and discussion and by drawing on years of experience and knowledge. The scenarios were relevant, realistic and varied with lots of crossover with Forest School and everyday situations. I left having learnt new skills with greater confidence for First Aid on the whole and a general feeling of being supported and empowered to take practical action should the need arise.
