Remote First Aid faces a number of unique difficulties in First Aid, it presents the rescuer with the situation of extended care of a patient in a remote setting before definitive medical care can be provided. In such situations, Emergency Services may be difficult to obtain or delayed and there are a number of different skills & considerations required compared to the urban setting.
Throughout your course, you will be presented with a number of very realistic situations involving casualty simulation. This will challenge you and enhance the skills and knowledge you have acquired during the course.
